Validay Ltd is committed to making its website and digital content accessible and usable by as many people as possible.

We believe that accessible digital services are better digital services and aim to consider accessibility throughout the design, development and maintenance of our website.

We aim to make documents provided through our website accessible wherever reasonably practicable.

Some documents supplied by third parties or older documents may not fully meet current accessibility standards.

If you need information provided by Validay in a different format, please contact us.

We will make reasonable efforts to provide an accessible alternative.

Our website may use or link to third-party services, platforms or websites that are outside Validay's direct control.

Although we aim to select reputable and accessible services, we cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party platforms.

We continually aim to improve the accessibility of our website.

We are not currently aware of any significant accessibility barriers that prevent users from accessing the core information and services available through the Validay website.

However, accessibility testing is an ongoing process and some elements may not yet fully meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA.

Where issues are identified, we will assess them and prioritise improvements based on their impact on users.
